Yes. You can schedule any pet sitting service in Durham, NC Monday-Sunday from 7am to 8pm.
Yes. I’m insured with the Carolina Business Insurers based in Chapel Hill, NC. The confirmation is available in my Time to Pet portal after you’re accepted as a client.
Absolutely. I have experience with diabetes injections, leash reactive dogs, senior pets, and special diets.
Same day visits without a free 15 minute consultation can be very stressful on your pet because they don’t know me and you haven’t introduced us. I highly don’t suggest same day services for new clients however if your pet is super friendly and easy going I am happy to provide pet sitting services.
I charge a cancellation fee if the service for a multi-day pet drop in visit is cancelled within 24 hours that is 50% of the total stay.
If your plans change during a multi-day sit and you come home early and I have already started the pet sit, I don’t charge a cancellation fee.
If you need to cancel a dog walk, I charge a 50% cancellation fee of the price for one walk.
